Welcome to the web site of Smyrna Presbyterian Church. We hope that you will visit us soon for Sunday Worship or other ministry events. The ministry of Smyrna Presbyterian Church exists to worship the triune God revealed in Holy Scripture and to grow as a covenant community of believers that reaches others and that rears our own to be lifelong disciples of Christ, and who are equipped for a lifetime of service to Christ as we pray for the kingdom of God to overcome the world.

Smyrna Presbyterian Church believes that the Church Universal exists to glorify and enjoy God, and that God is supremely glorified through the gathering of His people for corporate worship. Smyrna Presbyterian Church recently completed a $350,000 upgrade to its facilities in effort to enable as many as will to pour out heart and soul in worship to God for the salvation He has accomplished in Jesus Christ.

Evangelism & Missions

Smyrna Presbyterian takes Christ’s command to take the Gospel to the world very seriously. From periodically holding evening worship services outdoors to attract and engage people from the nearby park (pictured), to taking a team to Haiti each summer to show Christ’s love to nearly 70 orphans, evangelism & missions is a core value at SPC that drives all that is done.

Ask most any member of Smyrna Presbyterian Church what SPC’s biggest strength is, and more than likely, that person will say “Christian community.” Smyrna Presbyterian Church is a family, where each person is loved, valued, and welcomed. Though numerous activities are planned year-round for people ages one to 100 to promote fellowship, members naturally gather together throughout the week to have meals together, pray and talk, study the Word, hang out, and just do life.
